Can you introduce us to Correspondances?
Correspondances is a consulting firm that assists companies and their teams in their moments of transformation, whether they are organisational or cultural, whether they concern management or governance.
What are the main issues and objectives of Correspondances?
Our main challenge is to design devices that are relevant for our partners, respectful of our ecosystem and that therefore benefit all project stakeholders.
The second is to respond to complex problems by proposing the fairest and most sustainable (possibly multi-actor) solution for our customers.
What is the place of competences management for your customers?
After having experienced a boom 10 years ago with Workforce Planning approaches, competences management is once again becoming an important issue for companies. In response to the growing need for agility, as well as to increasingly fluid forms of organisation.
What issues do you address by setting up a skills management project for your customers?
It also represents a strategic challenge for organisations :
Firstly, to provide data for the major transformation plans already underway (e.g. workforce planning and anticipation of tomorrow’s trades) and to have control over the management of its resource pool in the short and long term.
HR are the guarantors and conductors of the project, while key information and skills are brought from the field via the business experts. In this way we enter into a more precise, more relevant and richer level of detail.
Why did you choose a partner such as eLamp?
I had written a profile of the solution and the ideal partner for one of my clients; the chance of my meetings put me in contact with eLamp: the match was beyond all my expectations!
What are the points of vigilance to watch out for when deploying a solution such as eLamp?
HR support for this project is essential. The eLamp solution is a response to a need and a problem. Its flexibility allows for simple and effective implementation in many types of companies, but only if the conditions for adoption are controlled, particularly in terms of culture and managerial maturity.
what prospects are offered to your customers by knowing their employees better?
They are numerous: promoting internal mobility by making business proximity transparent via the skills angle, cooperation via the creation of teams for each skill, giving responsibility to employees who are responsible for their own development, combating the obsolescence of skills, connecting to other digital HR tools to implement a tailor-made talent management policy…
Conclusion / the final word
eLamp is a solution that the HR world has been missing, a dynamic, flexible and committed team that is constantly evolving its tools to go further and meet the growing needs of its clients.
